About You

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing, with current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).

  • Passion for delivering child- and family-centred care, combined with a commitment to improving paediatric health outcomes, are crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong leadership skills, including effective mentorship and support of junior staff, are also vital.
  • Experience or a keen interest in project work, quality improvement, and implementing new models of care is highly desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary for building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
