We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our forward-thinking paediatric team.

About the Role
In this role, you will provide advanced clinical care and leadership within the paediatric unit, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to collaboratively implement and refine innovative models of care.
You will apply your frontline clinical expertise to support and guide pilot projects, ensuring they are effectively translated into improved practice.
Additionally, you will mentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of professional development and clinical excellence.
You will also contribute to service improvements by using data to inform evaluation and decision-making processes, playing a key role in driving the transformation of acute paediatric care to deliver responsive, family-centred, and evidence based services.

About You
You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing, with current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
You have postgraduate qualifications or significant experience in paediatrics, demonstrating advanced clinical knowledge and expertise.
You are passionate about delivering child- and family-centred care and committed to improving paediatric health outcomes.
Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior staff effectively.
You have experience or a keen interest in project work, quality improvement, and implementing new models of care.
You excel at collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
