Are you a motivated and experienced nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 to join our Hospital in the Home team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals, ensuring safe and patient-centered care for individuals requiring acute and post-acute services. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely access to care across the healthcare journey.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, you will have the opportunity to apply your advanced clinical expertise to provide guidance, education, and support to staff, patients, families, and carers. You will also have the chance to champion evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and service development initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications
- At least 3 years' clinical experience in acute, post-acute, or Hospital in the Home care
