Marketing Coordinator Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital part in the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at growing distribution and affiliate partnerships.

This role supports the planning and execution of monthly affiliate promotions, including material development and digital uploads. It also assists in strategy development with Manager, ensuring all campaign timelines and goals are met.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter with excellent time management skills, and brings a proactive, team-first attitude to every project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and execution of monthly affiliate promotions.
  • Assist in strategy development with Manager.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand promotional assets.
  • Track, troubleshoot, and enhance website and campaign functionalities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or media industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication, proofreading, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva (or similar tools).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in media, television, or entertainment marketing.
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management platforms.
  • Social media fluency and digital campaign experience.
