Job Title:

Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

The role involves leading the growth and optimization of organic social media channels. This includes creating, managing, and delivering short-form video and other content.

Additionally, the specialist will translate marketing strategy into platform-specific campaigns and deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize channel performance and support in-market activations.

A strong organizational and project management skillset is required, as well as experience with social analytics tools like Sprout Social and Sprinklr.

Instagram and TikTok experience are highly valued, and a portfolio or work samples are necessary for this position.

Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience in retail or automotive
  • Proven success in growing and managing Instagram, with TikTok experience preferred
  • Experience with social analytics tools (Sprout Social, Sprinklr)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; portfolio or work samples required
