About this role
**We are seeking a motivated and skilled housekeeping supervisor to join our team at Kingfisher Bay Resort.**

We are looking for an experienced and professional leader who can deliver high housekeeping standards. The successful candidate will have 2 years or more experience as a supervisor, be passionate about creating a skilled and positive team environment and prioritise the delivery of a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Housekeeping Manager with workforce management, administration, rostering and operational service of the entire housekeeping department.
  • Supervise and perform various cleaning duties of Hotel Rooms and Apartments in compliance to resort standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and provide necessary training to staff to ensure standards are met.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a housekeeping supervisor role in a similar environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a close team environment.
