We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Hospitality Professional to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is nothing short of perfect.
Key Responsibilities- Upon arrival, greet all guests in a warm and welcoming manner, ensuring they feel at ease from the outset.
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
- Direct guests to the appropriate check-in area, ensuring a seamless process.
- Carefully coordinate bus arrivals and guest arrivals, guaranteeing that everything runs smoothly.
- Manage phone calls efficiently and professionally, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Direct guests to their rooms upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortably settled.
- Familiarize yourself with room rates and reservation information, providing accurate details when requested.
- Maintain precise records and provide swift delivery to rooms, meeting expectations.
- Assist guests with general inquiries, going above and beyond to provide excellent service.
