Work as a key player in maintaining exceptional guest accommodation at our resort on Fraser Island.

We're looking for a diligent Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and contribute to delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly, making sure every detail meets the highest standards.
  • Maintain public spaces, corridors, and common areas consistently clean and tidy.
  • Ensure adherence to strict health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe environment for all.
  • Handle lost items efficiently and report any issues promptly.
  • Provide friendly assistance to guests with queries or requests.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve seamless room turnovers and efficient cleaning of public areas.
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns and damages in a timely manner.
  • Follow established waste disposal procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure are crucial.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service are required.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies safely is vital.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed is necessary.
