We are seeking an experienced Assistant Content Director / Announcer to join our team based in Newcastle. This is a permanent position that offers a wide range of exciting opportunities for growth and development.

Your role will involve working closely with our Content Director to develop and implement strategies that achieve our goals and objectives. You will be responsible for scheduling music, creating engaging content, and building strong relationships with our listeners.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for music, particularly the latest hits and old school music. You should also have commercial radio music scheduling experience, as well as proficiency in using tools such as Zetta & G Selector. Additionally, you will need to be familiar with CRA's Codes of Practice and Broadcasting Standards.

You will be a key member of our team, contributing to the creation of engaging content that appeals to our listeners. You will work collaboratively with other members of the team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives.

Key requirements:
