About the Position:

This is a 2-year grant-funded opportunity for a Research and Engagement Fellow to develop and implement research strategies in music and health, building partnerships with First Nations communities, health professionals, educators, and regional partners.

Your Role:

You will lead engagement initiatives connecting new communities with the Conservatorium through programs, short courses, and professional development. You will document and share the impact of music and the arts in creating healthier, more connected communities.

Your Qualifications:

  • An established or emerging leader in music (or the performing arts more broadly), able to move fluidly between research, practice, and community engagement.">
  • A doctoral qualification in music (or related field) and a strong track record in community-engaged, applied, or socially impactful music scholarship.">
  • Skills in creating engaging, responsive learning experiences and strong communication skills.">
