Product Designer Role Overview

Seeking a talented Product Designer to lead transformative UI/UX improvements across our platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement major UI/UX enhancements, focusing on intake and matter management product redesign, workflow modernisation, and introducing a design system.
  • Conduct user research and discovery to gain a deeper understanding of target user personas and embed this thinking in every design decision.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualise, prototype, and deliver experiences that meet users' needs while driving business outcomes.
  • Develop and evolve a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and design quality across the platform's large and complex surface area.
  • Influence not just execution but product direction, bringing user insights into roadmap conversations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product design for SaaS, preferably within complex workflow or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong UX strategy and UI execution skills, with experience running discovery and user testing.
  • Proven track record of developing or scaling design systems.
  • Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with component libraries like Storybook.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, influencing product direction as well as execution.
  • Bonus: exposure to AI-powered products or front-end development.
