The Job Opportunity:

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences from start to finish, ensuring their seamless implementation, and helping shape our future strategy. Alongside being proficient with design tools, you'll need a deep understanding of design principles, user research, and how to translate user needs into intuitive and delightful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and collaboratively with other designers to create beautifully crafted UI with delightful UX that solves user problems and achieves business goals.
  • Be great at simplifying complex issues for users and finding innovative solutions to challenging problems.
  • Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on product and brand work created by other designers in the team.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
  • Seamlessly hand over designs to engineers and complete design QA to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and implementation.
  • Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Help improve and maintain our design system.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and accessibility best practices throughout the organization.

What We're Looking For:

A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design skills and a user-centric approach is essential. Minimum 4 years' experience designing complex SaaS products is required, with a bonus for those with experience in healthcare or B2B products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong foundations in both startup-phase execution and methodical, research-driven approaches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.
  • Detailed knowledge of Figma and proficiency with common design tools.
  • Proven experience working with and contributing to design systems, design operations, and design governance.
  • Technical awareness to understand how designs get built and collaborate with engineers to bring your vision to life.
