**Job Opportunity:** Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized recruitment specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR recruitment team, you will be responsible for generating applicants, screening incoming resumes, scheduling and performing video and/or telephone interviews,, and scheduling in-person interviews with local hiring managers at one of the 4 locations.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Generate applicants, screen incoming resumes, schedule and perform video and/or telephone interviews,
  • Schedule in-person interviews with local hiring managers at one of the 4 locations.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly goals set by the management team based on staffing needs.
  • Report on recruitment activity through the maintenance of recruitment trackers; including goals, plans, and learning through weekly meetings.
  • Contribute to the training and onboarding process to ensure the recruiting messaging aligns with the employment experience.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally within a labor-focused industry.
  • Goal-driven & outgoing individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience maintaining a high volume of hires and working with multiple hiring managers.
  • Proficient with G-Suite, Zoom platform, and using an ATS (CATS an asset).
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities like a pro and mastering your time management skills.
  • Comfortable connecting with people at all levels and backgrounds and thrive on building lasting relationships while fostering a positive work culture with employees and leaders across the company.
