Key Responsibilities:- Expand a diverse portfolio of talented individuals and secure compelling brand collaborations.
- Negotiate fee structures, manage contracts, and process invoices for brands.
- Provide clear content briefs, assess content alignment, and collect performance metrics.
- Manage talent inquiries, share rate cards, and media kits.
- At least 2 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities (marketing, talent management, PR, social media).
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and the talent/influencer industry.
