Overview of the Role
The role is responsible for leading a team to design, develop and maintain training and support materials. This ensures ongoing adoption and embedding of systems within an organisation.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the group's performance using systems to ensure benefits are maximised.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure learning solutions support business processes.
- Providing appropriate learning materials and communications when new system enhancements and universal changes are made in a consistent and cost-effective way.
- Governing and managing all systems learning programs, processes, self-guided materials, and compliance for employees.
- Accountable for the Learning Strategy to support organisational systems and process.
- Leveraging technology to develop a sustainable framework for maintaining and updating learning and support materials for systems.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency relating to use of systems and process.
- Ensuring the team designs, develops, and delivers relevant materials to support learner needs.
- Determining the criteria used to judge learners' performance and developing relevant assessment instruments.
- Leading innovation in learning methods: moving towards modularised, self-serve, guided learning.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in managing a system-based curriculum for a large organisation. They should be able to lead a team and manage training resources effectively.
They should also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or degree.
- Proficient with system management, particularly enablement platforms.
- Expertise or competence in eLearning and digital transformation.
- Experience in end-to-end design, development, and delivery of learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to work inter-dependently across various parts of the business.
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles.
