System Administrator Opportunity

Are you a skilled and experienced system administrator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a professional to join our team as a System Administrator.

This role will see you responsible for the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), creating new training activities, assigning training to staff, resolving system issues, contributing in LMS reviews, and supporting the ongoing maintenance of the system.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Learning Services Lead to provide customer-focused user support, optimize the functionality of the system, curate content, manage projects, and develop other training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the LMS and ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
  • Create new training activities and assign them to staff
  • Resolve system issues and improve the overall user experience
  • Contribute to LMS reviews and provide feedback on how to improve the system
  • Support the ongoing maintenance of the system and ensure it is up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
  • Ability to work effectively and independently within a team environment
  • Demonstrated understanding and appreciation of our organization's values and mission
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
  • Critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and deliver eLearning solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and be a strong team player
