Residential Home Supervisor
Our organization seeks a skilled House Supervisor to oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in our residential care homes.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with experience or a relevant diploma with substantial experience.
- Guide and support a team of Residential Carers in providing exceptional care to young people.
- Work closely with the Residential Care Coordinator to ensure every day is filled with growth, stability, and positive development for the young people in our care.
- Foster a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership, therapeutic care techniques, and inspiring role modeling.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing behavioral management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors.
- Supervising, leading, and supporting a team of residential care workers.
- Collaborating with peers, staff, and other stakeholders in a team-based environment.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license.
- Satisfactory criminal history check (paid for by the organization).
- Valid employee working with children check.
- Valid NDIS workers screening check (for risk-assessed client-facing roles).
