House Supervisor Role

This role involves leading a team of Residential Carers and overseeing the daily care and well-being of young people in residential care homes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of Residential Carers
  • Oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in residential care homes
  • Develop and implement behavioural management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or diploma with substantial experience
  • Proven skills and experience in development of behavioural management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, lead and support a team of residential care workers
  • Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff and other stakeholders
