Residential House Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in our residential care homes. The Residential House Supervisor will guide and support a team of Residential Carers, fostering a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership and therapeutic care techniques.

This role is about creating a place where young people can thrive, build confidence, and reach their full potential. As a key member of our Out of Home Care Program, you'll work closely with the Residential Care Coordinator to ensure that every day is filled with growth, stability, and positive development for the young people in our care.
