We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily care and well-being of young people in our residential care homes. The Residential House Supervisor will guide and support a team of Residential Carers, fostering a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership and therapeutic care techniques.
This role is about creating a place where young people can thrive, build confidence, and reach their full potential. As a key member of our Out of Home Care Program, you'll work closely with the Residential Care Coordinator to ensure that every day is filled with growth, stability, and positive development for the young people in our care.
About This Opportunity- **Oversee Daily Operations**: Manage the daily care and well-being of young people in residential care homes;
- **Lead a Team**: Guide and support a team of Residential Carers;
- **Foster a Positive Environment**: Foster a safe, healthy, and harmonious home environment through exceptional leadership and therapeutic care techniques;

The successful candidate will have relevant experience and qualifications, including a bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field. They will also have proven skills and experience in behavioural management programs, demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team, and ability to participate collaboratively within teams.
