Are you a motivated leader with a passion for logistics and transportation? We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our middle mile logistics network, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work across the organization to determine the technical needs, goals, and execution plans for our existing middle mile logistics network in Australia. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement.

  • Implement Australia Transportation's middle-mile tech tools functionalities and adaptation across carriers.
  • Communicate business requirements with internal tech teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage programs related to middle mile assets across the network.
  • Build and manage reports around middle network assets.
  • Prepare and coordinate operations calls, business reviews, and customer service workshops as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate transportation planning and forecasts with carriers to ensure sufficient capacity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with significant experience in logistics and transportation, supply chain management, or e-commerce. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, SQL, and Tableau is essential, as well as excellent communication skills in English.

  • Experience in program delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
