Job Title: Transport Coordinator

Are you a logistics expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Transport Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

This role involves coordinating transportation operations, including arranging deliveries, tracking shipments, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation operations, including arranging local, regional, and interstate deliveries;
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly;
  • Manage data entry and administrative tasks related to transportation operations;
  • Assist sales representatives and other staff with transportation-related queries;

Requirements:

  • Exceptional time management and communication skills; verbal and written;
  • Previous experience in Warehouse/Logistics administration, Customer Service, or an office support role;
  • Cert I-IV in Logistics/Warehouse Operations desirable;
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs;
