Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in Melbourne. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties by providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure Properties

    You will be responsible for securing properties from unauthorized access and ensuring that all guests comply with house rules.

  • Rapid Response

    Upon receiving a noise complaint or other disturbance, you will respond promptly to address the issue and ensure compliance with house rules.

  • Surveillance Support

    You will assist with surveillance efforts by monitoring CCTV footage and gathering evidence of breaches such as noise levels beyond acceptable limits and unauthorized parties or additional guests.

  • Damage Prevention

    You will work to prevent damage to properties by intervening early in situations where unauthorized parties are present.

  • 24/7 Availability

    You will be available on-call 24/7 to address any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Security Experience

    Previous experience in a security role is essential.

  • Communication Skills

    Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with guests and resolve conflicts.

  • Problem-Solving Skills

    You will need to be able to think critically and come up with effective solutions to problems.
