Are you a seasoned organizational development professional looking to take on a challenging role?

We are seeking an experienced OD leader to spearhead the development and implementation of Learning and Organisational Development strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with our business priorities and operational plans.

This key role involves working closely with the People & Culture team and internal stakeholders to consult on the development of L&OD programs and ensure successful implementation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver OD programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Create leadership and soft skills training programs for leaders and teams.
  • Design and implement initiatives that support business priorities and projects.
  • Design learning materials including presentations, tools, and training packages.
  • Facilitate the localisation and implementation of Head Office related initiatives.
  • Build internal networks to support consultation and collaboration.
  • Develop and manage the L&OD calendar.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in Education, Training or Adult Learning.
  • Prior experience as an OD/L&D professional, ideally 2-3 years.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
