This role oversees the management of aftersales technical service operations, ensuring that vehicle technicians are proficient in servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Deliver comprehensive training for FOTON dealer technicians, encompassing onboarding, diagnostics, and NEV systems through face-to-face and virtual mediums.

Develop and update training content, assessments, and hands-on modules aligned with FOTON Global standards and emerging technologies, fostering growth and expertise among dealerships.

Provide support and guidance to technicians in the field, including diagnosis and resolution of product issues, ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze technical trends using systems such as FPRS, implementing targeted interventions to address recurring faults and optimize performance.

Collaborate with OEMs, engineers, and internal teams to provide support for product updates, recalls, and service campaigns, driving excellence in technical support.

Manage technical support operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and distributor agreement standards, promoting a culture of accountability.

Requires at least 5 years of experience as a technical trainer or senior technician in light commercial vehicles, with EV/hybrid knowledge preferred. A Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) are mandatory.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to drive change and deliver results in dynamic environments, leading to sustained success.
