  • Coordinate with external IT vendors to manage escalated technical issues and ensure service-level commitments are met.">
  • Monitor, configure, and maintain online auction platforms for optimal functionality before, during, and after weekly auctions.">
  • Oversee the performance, security, and maintenance of CCTV and related surveillance systems and its integration with the computer network.">
  • Participate in the operational team leading and managing weekly auctions, ensuring all digital systems are functional and aligned with business requirements.">
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and incident resolutions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.">
  • Identify and recommend improvements to systems and workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce downtime.">

Requirements:

  • AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience.">
  • Demonstrated experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.">
  • Strong coordination skills when working with outsourced IT vendors.">
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, uptime, and system reliability.">
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, auction-driven environment.">
