As a Technical Operations Manager, you will oversee the technical service operations for light commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training to technicians on diagnostics, vehicle systems, and other technical topics.
  • Develop and update training content, assessments, and hands-on modules aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide support to technicians in the field, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Monitor technical trends and implement interventions to address recurring faults.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to support product updates and service campaigns.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a technical trainer or senior technician is required.
  • Possession of a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are necessary to drive change and deliver results in dynamic environments.
