About the Role

We are seeking a confident and energetic individual to lead our Sports & Leisure Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating safe, engaging, and memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookings, up-sell opportunities and improve guest stay
  • Report on daily operations and guest feedback
  • Instruct guests on equipment usage and ensure safety standards
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and staff is up-to-date with training
  • Provide accurate information about the island's natural environment
  • Ensure recreation facilities are clean and well-presented
  • Assist with tour check-ins and promote resort activities
  • Follow emergency, safety, and navigation protocols
