Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sports & Leisure Team Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, up-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and beautiful environment, with a chance to develop new skills and enhance your career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the daily operation of guest activities, including reporting on feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Instruct guests on the safe use of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure all recreation equipment and facilities are clean and well-presented.
  • Assist with tour check-ins, completion of waivers, safety briefings, and issuing invoices.
  • Actively promote and cross-sell resort activities to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential.

You should also have a strong passion for outdoor activities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. A willingness to obtain relevant certifications, such as CPR and First Aid, is also required.
