
Early Entry Talent Development Program

Our goal is to create a pipeline of early-entry talent that aligns with our collaborative culture and passion for continuous improvement.
As a key member of the project team, you will receive strong direction and exposure to a range of diverse projects. Throughout the 2-year program, you will be supported by subject matter experts, a designated mentor, a learning passport with core disciplines defined, learning and development programs, and various social and networking events.
This immersive program offers numerous benefits, including one paid day of study leave each week, paid exam and pre-exam study time, professional and technical development activities throughout the year, networking days with subject matter experts both internally and externally, early entry talent cohort knowledge sharing opportunities, formal mentoring opportunity, and promotion opportunities at the completion of the program.
- Students in their second last or last year of a construction, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, trade or building-related qualification
- At the time of application candidates should hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
- Credit grade average
- Be able to commence a 4-day working week (1 day study) in February
