Lead Educator Role

Supporting Early Learning">

  At Guardian, we believe that supporting children as they begin to discover and explore their world is crucial for their development. We seek an experienced educator to take the lead in developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that will set children up for formal schooling and beyond.

The successful candidate will have a completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards) and prior experience in long day-care. They will be able to demonstrate sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.

A current Working with Children's Check is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
  • Leading and guiding teams in developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
  • Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
