About our role:

We are seeking a professional to play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining top early career talent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for seasonal clerks and graduates as well as overseeing the smooth running of seasonal clerkships and graduate programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Overseeing the smooth running of seasonal clerkships and graduate programs
  • Working with HR teams to develop skills and manage performance
  • Facilitating talent discussions with internal stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Designing and delivering training sessions on topics such as CV writing, interview techniques and career development
  • Organising events and workshops to support talent acquisition and retention

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic and driven by a desire to help others succeed.

This position requires a background in HR or recruitment, experience working in a legal or professional services firm and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
