As an Operations Strategic Manager (OSM), you will:

  • Take stewardship of the site Operational Excellence improvement plan.">
  • Provide leadership in cross-functional planning and drive strategic goals across operations.">
  • Report to the Site Director and lead key responsibilities, including strategic site production planning.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • A degree in Metallurgy, Engineering, Project Management or similar relevant discipline.">
  • Demonstrated experience in a strategic operational role; business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.">
  • Proficiency in a variety of communication styles, particularly with respect to communicating technical concepts and providing business context.">
  • Understanding of business operations and procedures.">
  • Project management skills.">
