Occupational Therapy Leadership Opportunity

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our team of clinicians. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding your team members with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide a team of Occupational Therapists with daily activities and clinical guidance
  • Deliver training, induction, and supervision as needed
  • Complete quality assurance report reviews and provide feedback
  • Attend meetings with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
  • Develop high-quality clinical services and assessments in complex cases
  • Create detailed reports and management plans that incorporate useful strategies and interventions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with relevant authorities
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role
