Leadership Opportunity in Occupational Therapy

Taking on a leadership role within an Occupational Therapy team can be a highly rewarding experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement effective strategies for client care.
  • Provide training, induction, and supervision as required, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Conduct quality assurance report reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to offer support and training, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and management plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies and interventions.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, at least 3 years of experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist, registration with AHPRA, a vehicle, and driver's licence, and a National Police Clearance.
