Our Clinician RoleThis pivotal role involves working directly with clients conducting short-term counselling services. The clinician will also work within organisations to improve workplace well-being by making culturally informed suggestions to management, facilitating training, and conducting group sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing mental health and wellbeing support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals.
- Conducting short-term counselling services.
- Working within organisations to improve workplace wellbeing.
- Proven experience in providing mental health and wellbeing support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals.
- Qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Professional registration with the relevant health professional body.
- Minimum three years counselling experience.
- Flexible working arrangements, including working from home options and adjustments to hours.
- Access to peer consultation and external supervision.
- Access to hundreds of professional development courses to further your clinical skills.
