**System Management Professional**

We are seeking a highly experienced expert to manage and deploy modern device systems, including Windows 10/11 image build and OS deployment methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Customized image creation, migration, and incident management for Windows devices.
  • Development and maintenance of task sequences for OS deployment using SCCM.
  • Evaluation of new Windows 10 GPOs for integration into existing infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of VDI infra and provisioning templates for efficient system management.
  • Represent the system management services as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, internal operations, and service delivery teams.
  • Coordinate critical customer issues and new release implementations for seamless system transition.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, specifically change and release management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing technical landscapes.
  • Clear communication skills with all team members and end-users.
  • Presentation and consulting skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for efficient system automation.

**Preferred Certifications:**

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Certification on Configuration Manager and Intune.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Australian citizenship.
  • NV1 Security clearance.
