**ICT Support Specialist Role Overview**As a skilled ICT support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems and endpoint devices. This position requires a highly motivated individual to provide top-notch technical support and deployment services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and support ICT endpoint devices including PCs, printers, IP Phones, Desktop VTCs, KVM Switches, and ancillaries.
  • Manage ICT stores, conduct stocktake activities, move bulky items, unbox equipment, and dispose of garbage.
  • Install ICT endpoint devices, establish network connections, and perform physical tasks such as unpacking cartons and moving computers.
  • Configure networks, manage switch ports, configure DHCP and print services, and perform patch cabling and tracing connections.
  • Prepare endpoint devices for shipment, sanitization, and disposal according to provided instructions.
  • Troubleshoot issues with ICT endpoint devices and maintain incident, problem management records, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Transfer technical knowledge through production and update of relevant documentation, instructions, or procedures, and guide and mentor other staff.
Requirements:
  • TSPV clearance required.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of ICT systems and endpoint devices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
