The primary objective of this position is to drive new business growth across the Commercial sector. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within the Commercial sector.
  2. Maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities across your territory, focusing on high-potential prospects and accounts as guided by management.
  3. Presenting and demonstrating GIS and location intelligence solutions to support proposal development and respond to client requirements.
  4. Working towards quarterly and annual sales goals, keeping your pipeline updated and balanced to support consistent results.

To be successful in this role, you'll have experience selling software solutions, ideally in or to the Commercial sector. You'll need excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of spatial industry concepts. Additionally, you should possess strategic thinking, energy, and a hunger to generate new opportunities.

A key deliverable includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This involves:

  1. Responding promptly to client inquiries and needs.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and support.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. A successful candidate will have:

  1. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
