Job Role

Provide personalized, efficient luxury service to all guests.

  • Emphasize the importance of exceptional customer service and work cohesively as a team member.
  • Report to the supervisor at all times during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the supervisors and team leaders.
  • Initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Offer concierge services within the Club Millesime.
  • Liaise with Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
  • Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure you have a good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
  • Carry out any additional duties as requested by the management team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements.
  • Work with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the service standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure that all Food & Beverage is served according to the highest standards.
