Pool and Gym Operations Manager

At RAAF Base East Sale, we seek a dedicated Pool and Gym Operations Manager to undertake daily operational duties in the Pool & Gym facilities as directed by the supervisor.

This role involves ensuring the safety of patrons and staff, managing pool and gym operations, and maintaining facilities to a high standard.

  • Monitor the pool, gym, and exercise rooms to ensure safety
  • General pool and gymnasium management and administration associated with water quality and other legislative requirements
  • Ensure facilities are safe and clean and maintaining a register of all pool bookings
  • Complete compliance and reporting duties
  • Checking and using pool rescue equipment

Key qualifications include demonstrated lifeguard experience, current and valid lifeguard certificate, first aid level III certificate, working with children's certificate, and a current driver's license and vehicle.
