About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead programs that have a genuine impact on community health, engagement and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of sporting competitions, events and non-aquatic programs
  • Manage staff rosters, referees, contractors and support teams
  • Oversee stadium and court hire, ensuring excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Drive operational excellence, safety, compliance and risk management
  • Track budgets, manage invoices and provide performance reporting
About You

We are seeking a passionate leader in sport and leisure with experience in sports program management, event coordination, or leisure centre operations.

  • Strong people leadership, mentoring and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with risk assessment, safety standards and compliance
  • Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Familiarity with local government, recreation, or membership-based facilities
