Sport and Recreation Attendant Role

We are seeking a skilled Sport and Recreation Attendant to join our team at RAAF Base East Sale. This permanent, casual role involves undertaking daily operational duties in the Pool & Gym facilities as directed by the Sport & Recreation Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure pool, gym, and exercise room safety.
  • Manage and administer pool and gymnasium operations, including water quality and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and register pool bookings.
  • Complete compliance and reporting tasks.
  • Check and use pool rescue equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated Lifeguard experience.
  • Current and valid Lifeguard certificate.
  • Current and valid First Aid level III certificate.
  • Current Working with Children's certificate.
  • Current Driver's License and vehicle.
