Job Title

Drive excellence in sports and recreation across leading leisure centres.

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee competitions, events, and facility hire across three community-loved venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of sporting competitions, events and non-aquatic programs
  • Manage staff rosters, referees, contractors and support teams
  • Oversee stadium and court hire, ensuring excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Drive operational excellence, safety, compliance and risk management
  • Track budgets, manage invoices and provide performance reporting
About You
  • Experience in sports program management, event coordination or leisure centre operations
  • Strong people leadership, mentoring and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with risk assessment, safety standards and compliance
  • Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Familiarity with local government, recreation or membership-based facilities
