About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join our luxury accessories brand in Melbourne's CBD. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will represent our prestigious premium brand, showcasing your passion for high-end jewelry and accessories.

In this intimate team of five, you will be introduced to our brand and products, confidently sharing your expertise with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

About You

  • Proven experience in premium or luxury sales environments.
  • A strong foundation in CRM and clienteling, with a willingness to further develop these skills.
  • Familiarity with working with high-end clientele and understanding their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product knowledge clearly.
  • Impeccable presentation and a natural ability to offer outstanding customer service.
  • A sales-driven mindset, always striving to meet and exceed targets.
  • A genuine passion for luxury accessories and an eagerness to continue learning about the products you represent.

The Opportunity

  • A base salary of $62,000 + Super.
