Job Description

We are seeking a strategic data leader to build and enhance our organization's data capability, ensuring delivery of high-quality, governed, and scalable data solutions that maximize value for the business. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the data capability roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout the process. You will also lead collaboration with Technology & Operations to enhance data usage and deliver value efficiently.

The successful candidate will have experience in data engineering, data modelling, and data analysis, as well as proficiency in DBT and GCP technologies. They will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years' experience in data engineering, data modelling and data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in DBT and GCP technologies (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage etc.)
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and other scripting languages
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with diligence
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or technical related degree or business equivalent
  • Relevant Industry experience and/or qualifications.
