Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our research and development team as a Data Strategist.

This role involves leveraging expertise in optimization, control theory, simulation, machine learning, and AI to develop innovative solutions for our ad personalization platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modeling and statistical techniques, experience working with large data sets, and fluency in programming languages such as Python.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our ad personalization platform and proprietary datasets.
  • Apply knowledge of optimization, control theory, simulation, machine learning, and AI to research and recommend effective solutions to complex technology and business problems.
  • Design, implement, and validate solutions using the GCP stack (GCS, Bigquery, VertexAI, Gemini) and contribute to the integration of these solutions into our platform.
  • Participate in collaborative research and applications projects.
Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A Ph.D. in computer science, operations research, electrical engineering, statistics, mathematics, physics, economics, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Research experience and coursework in optimization, control theory, machine learning, simulation, or NLP/LLMs.
  • Fluency in programming languages, with a focus on Python.
  • Experience working with large data sets and a strong understanding of modeling and statistical techniques.
  • A desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.
