About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in NSW.

You will service files across Wollongong and Metro Sydney, with exposure to a variety of customers, different schemes and varying complexities of cases.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to recover and return to pre-injury activities and seek employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
  • Conduct assessments including Initial, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment and Worksite Assessments
  • Manage cases across jurisdictions including Workers' Compensation, CTP, DVA, Life Insurance and private industry
  • Liaise with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
Qualifications and Skills
  • AHPRA registration
  • Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Experience conducting ADL assessments essential
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Honesty, integrity, good team attitude and positive approach
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
