Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Third in Charge at our Chermside store. As part of our management team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and motivate a team of outdoor enthusiasts to achieve outstanding results
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring successful customer service, merchandising, inventory processes, and standards are consistently met
  • Take responsibility for the operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer, exceeding their expectations through exceptional service
Requirements:
  • Strong retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge of retail operations, including stock control and visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to fast-paced retail environments
