Key Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic retail environment as a Sales Manager, driving sales growth, motivating the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Drive sales against key performance targets, including ATV, conversion, and passenger spend rate.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and management to achieve individual performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and uphold brand standards.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, leading by example, and inspiring a customer-first culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company standards, including inventory management, cash handling, and RSA protocols.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on retail leader with a passion for delivering results through people. The ideal candidate will bring energy, resilience, and a strong commercial mindset to every shift. They will thrive in fast-paced settings like airports and enjoy working with global brands and international customers.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to motivate and coach others.
  • A focus on operational excellence with the ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A current RSA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
