A leading council in Sydney seeks a highly skilled Records Management Specialist to deliver key enhancements to their Content Manager system. As part of a major improvement project, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in redesigning business processes and implementing best practice records management.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a real impact in a dynamic public sector environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of records management principles and be proficient in Microsoft Teams integration with Content Manager.
About the Role:This 6-month contract offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will work closely with the council's team to deliver a range of tasks, including:
- Redesigning the Business Classification Scheme (BCS)
- Developing a new Security Scheme
- Implementing Microsoft Teams integration with Content Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing efficient business processes
- Developing and maintaining records management policies and procedures
- Providing training and support to staff on records management practices
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Content Manager System Administrator
- Proven track record in developing Business Classification Schemes and Security Schemes
- Experience with registration templates and system configuration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration into Content Manager
- Strong understanding of records management standards and compliance requirements
